We loved our 2 months at this house. It was close to everything, a little ride to the beach, but everything else was close and easy to get to. The house was clean and not cluttered at all. We loved the game room and the theater room. Kept us busy on rainy days. Reginald and Daphney were such nice people to deal with, and always dealt with us within a matter of hours. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It was a pretty walk around the neighborhood. We met several nice neighbors . I would recommend this rental to anyone, with or without children. Hope to come back next winter.

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for a pre-cruise stay and we will hopefully stay here again! It was very easy to find, was centrally located close to lots of restaurants and amenities, and was VERY nice and very clean. My college kiddos loved the game room! Highly recommend!

This house was very beautiful! There was plenty to keep my kids occupied with when we happened to not be out doing stuff. Even me and my fiancé enjoyed the game room and movie room. And the movie room is such a cool thing! Sounds like the real deal! I would definitely book with these hosts again, they were extremely helpful and responsive when we needed any assistance! 10/10

Such a beautiful home... The theater room was the best room in the house... i would suggest a candy stand and a vintage popcorn machine.... Close distance to the big Walmart.... I missed palm bay so much.... Makes me want to move back home.... Reginald & Daphney thank you for your gorgeous home.... Would definitely rent again.... What a beautiful home! This is truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The owners have thoughtfully considered every detail, inside and out, making a comfortable and inviting experience. The house feels cozy and welcoming, with plenty to do right on the property, from enjoying the game room and movie theater to relaxing by the pool or the backyard seating areas. You’ll never run out of activities if you decide to spend a day in. The location is also great, situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a 5-10 minute drive from numerous stores. The host was responsive, providing clear instructions and keeping the house fully stocked with supplies and toiletries, which is always helpful. I absolutely will stay here again when visiting Florida!
